Se você quiser tornar seu treinamento mais variado, procure a corda de pular RDX. A corda é feita de 2,4 mm de espessura, 3 metros de fio de aço e revestida com PVC durável. A corda é equipada com chaves de fenda para determinar o comprimento da corda de acordo com as necessidades de cada atleta. As alças de polímero têm 16 cm de comprimento e são projetadas para uma ótima distribuição de peso. As partes superiores de metal são equipadas com mini rolamentos de esferas para inclinação de 360 graus e amplitude de movimento associada, para que você possa pular mais rápido e com mais precisão no treinamento de trabalho de pernas, treinamento cardiovascular ou até mesmo em treinamento de resistência. Além disso, cada alça possui uma tampa de plástico removível na parte inferior. A corda vem com um saco de nylon à prova d'água para armazenamento rápido e seguro.
