He is the wrestling partner to MMA veteran and former Strikeforce welterweight contender, Paul “Semtex” Daley. Sweeney has also spent a lot time in George Kalchev’s famed wrestling camps in Bulgaria. “The Caveman” will have a chance to unleash his wrestling abilities on the rest of his division. The 29-year-old’s wrestling background, combined with his valuable combat experience and fighting IQ, will make him a worthy contender. Sweeney will be making his professional debut later this year.

He ate anywhere between 4, 500 – 8, 000 calories a day to ensure maximum muscle retention and low body fat percentage. His success and natural charisma saw him to segue into films like Accident Man and Kingsman: The Golden Circle. Now, Ford is taking on the world of MMA. Tim Means began training at the age of 12, as he was a troubled kid and was taken under the wing of a local trainer. Although a troubled life landed him in prison early in his MMA career, Means turned it right around. He returned to MMA with six consecutive wins with King of the Cage, including one that got him the KOTC Junior Welterweight (160 lbs) belt. Means made his UFC debut in 2012 and hasn’t looked back since. He earned a Performance of the Night bonus for defeating Dhiego Lima via TKO in the first round on February 28, 2015 at UFC 184. Means won his second PotN later that year, with a KO win over John Howard.

NICO MONTANA

In December 2017, Montaño fought Roxanne Modafferi for the inaugural UFC Women's Flyweight Championship at The Ultimate Fighter 26 Finale. Montaño won the fight via unanimous decision and claimed the inaugural UFC Women's Flyweight Championship title. Though her MMA career is still in its early developments, Montaño has the making of an MMA superstar.

At Rise of Champions 1, he displayed some savvy submission skills when he submitted Gabriel Romesi with a triangle choke in 29 seconds of the very first round. He made such an impression, he was immediately given an opportunity on the main card - an opportunity that Andres grabbed with both hands. Andres spent the fight switching stances and maintained incredible lateral movement to keep his opponent guessing. He threw combinations with a high tempo, whilst disallowing any response from his opponent. Consequently he earned the first win of his professional career.

JOSE QUINONEZ

Randy Couture’s time at the UFC is marked by greatness. He is, without doubt, one of the UFC’s all-time greats. During his time with the UFC, he became a three-time UFC Heavyweight Champion, two-time UFC Light heavyweight Champion, an interim UFC Light heavyweight Champion and the UFC 13 Heavyweight Tournament winner. Randy Couture was the first fighter to accomplish the incredible feat of holding two UFC championship titles in two different divisions. If that weren’t outstanding enough, Couture smashed records with 16 title fights – more than anyone else in the UFC. He also holds a record for most wins in UFC Heavyweight Championship bouts. Couture also holds the honour of having the most title reigns in the UFC, with six. He is one of the few MMA champions to regain a title he had lost, and the only to have done it three times (twice at heavyweight, once at light heavyweight). Amir Khan is a British boxer who’s also a former unified light-welterweight world champion, having held the WBA (later Super) title from 2009 to 2012, and the IBF title in 2011. He also held the Commonwealth lightweight title from 2007 to 2008 and the WBC Silver welterweight title from 2014 to 2016. Khan is also a silver medallist in the lightweight division at the 2004 Olympics. He won the medal at age 17, and that makes him Britain's youngest boxing Olympic medallist. Khan currently fights at welterweight. His next fight is due on April 20, 2019, against Terrence Crawford.

Begum is the only Muslim woman who is a national champion in her sport. Begum began kickboxing in 2002 and fighting professionally by 2008. Begum competed and won a bronze medal at the World Amateur Kickboxing Championship in Bangkok, Thailand. It was a real stepping stone for her and in 2011, she won a gold medal at the European Club Cip Amateur Muay Thai Championship in Latvia. By 2012, Begum was nominated as British Muay Thai Team Captain and won bronze at the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur (IFMA) World Championships in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Begum continued to compete and impress, landing herself a fight with Josefine Lindgren Knutsson of Sweden for the World Kickboxing Association (WKA) title in 2015. Though the match was postponed, Begum won the bout when it was rescheduled with Susanna Salmijärvi. In 2018, she signed with former heavyweight champion David Haye's Hayemaker Promotions, marking her transition to boxing.

Bisping began training Jujutsu at the age of eight. Ultimately, he landed on The Ultimate Fighter 3, which led to his long-term stay with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), with whom he became a household name. Bisping was the first British fighter to compete in a UFC main event at UFC 78. He continued breaking boundaries at UFC 199, when he became the first British fighter to win a UFC Championship.
